A flowering card

Well it is the New Year and no reason to make christmas cards just yet, so I am starting on thank you or all purpose cards.  The one that I made recently used the Gina K Sending Love clear stamp set.  This group of flowers is just beautiful.  I colored it in using copic markers and then used a die on the sides of the mat for the flowers.    I decided to make this one simple and not put anything on the card that would detract from the image.  

I still need to work on my photography for the cards I make.  I'm still not too good at it.  

I have to start working on kids birthday cards now as I have birthdays for my great nieces and nephews coming in a couple of months.  I also want to make thank you cards to give to my sister for when she needs cards.  Need more inspiration, so I may start stalking pinterest card sites to find something that moves me or maybe I will just look at some sketches and get some ideas that way.

I will have to write down my Michael's and Christmas hauls for supplies as I like to keep track of what I have.  Plus, just in case anyone ever reads this, I like to see what other people have purchased.  Til next time......
